I seek employment in custom or production phases of the
framing industry. I enjoy the creative
challenge of custom work as well as the physical challenges of production
work. My goals are to master the trade
of home building as a journeyman framer carpenter/foreman and build a solid
moral and financial basis for my life.
Previous
Employers: 1987 until present in the North San Diego County and Temecula
Valley construction trade with companies such as C&D, GDT, D&S, HNR,
Conolly, Madera, Preferred, Knipp Bros.Inc., Rancho, Branco, Kirkwood,
Tarling. For Knipp Bros. Inc., I framed elliptical walls, columns and turrets for high end production homes at the San Elijo
Hills Project in San Marcos, Cal. I finished two phases and was the final
carpenter on site. References available on request. From April 2004 until March 2006 I was further employed by Knipp
Bros. Inc., as the back end foreman for Miguel Macias at Avian Project in
Murrietta. We completed 80 homes and
two pool houses. Our work was of sufficient quality to be
awarded 5 uncontested contracts from the Developer, D.R.Horton. During this period I was temporarily assigned
to Shea Homes, Trilogy at Glen Ivy project as customer liaison for KBI, and also built the customer service
office for Shea, and that without a set of plans.
